We teach Kids Self Defence, Teens Self Defence, Aniti-bullying techniques, Fitness and Mobility.
The private lessons can increase your child’s awareness, ability to defend themselves and also increase fitness and confidence.
There is no experience required and we will tailor the lesson plan to suit each individuals fitness levels.
